Administrator Job Description

This is an office position located at our home office in Conway, Arkansas, where we work as a team of administrators.

The administrator is a key role for our organization. As an administrator, you will research campus ministries across the nation and schedule meetings each semester for our traveling teams.

Other responsibilites include:
  • Personal time with God - to make time each day to spend quality time with God.
  • Support - you will be responsible for raising your personal support.
  • Develop a close relationship with a local church where you can serve.
  • Summer Projects - take part in the seven-week training project in Los Angeles, CA or Phliadelphia, PA.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and administration of all summer project applicants.
  • Follow up with students who are pursuing the World Christian lifestyle.
  • Website development.
  • Development of World Christian Resources.
  • Character - as a team member it is vital that we commit to each other this standard of character: sacrifice, endurance, flexibility, patience, kindness, humility, no grumbling or complaining, no sarcasm or course joking, correction of one another in private, and submission to the leadership.
