Africa Inland Mission is dedicated to the establishment of Christ-centered churches among all African peoples. But with over 900 African people groups who have yet to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ, the task is far from finished. Our missionary team is diverse, from outreach workers and church planters, to medical personnel, to a broad network of logistical and support personnel – pilots, teachers, accountants, engineers, IT workers, and more.
Cafe 1040’s Overseas Missions Mentorship is a 3-month program inside the 10/40 Window designed for young adults who are considering a life of missions. This is the perfect next step for people who don’t know if long-term missions is for them, but think there’s a chance it could be.
At Christar, our goal is transformation—but not just any transformation. Our passion is to cultivate Christ-honoring transformation in communities where He isn’t yet worshipped: to establish reproducing churches, as well as have a positive, tangible influence on least-reached communities. From education and medical work to biblical entrepreneurship and creation care, Christar workers use their gifts and skills to be catalysts of this transformation. Will you join us?

Within that context, we prepare the next generation of marketplace leadership to work with excellence and live to make a difference. Socially, we stretch and equip university students—tomorrow’s leaders—to build relationships with people of different cultures, interests and faith while living their own faith honestly and winsomely. We’re influencing the way students see the world. We’re asking them to consider the size of their footprint in it."
Our passion is to reach the Unseen 1/4 with the Gospel of Christ. The Unseen 1/4 is the 2+ billion Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus who still have no personal access to a follower of Jesus. The vast majority of people in this world turn to Christ because of an ongoing relationship with a follower of Christ. Yet, only 3% of all Christian workers serve among Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu peoples. This is one reason why they remain Unseen. Any of us can use the gifts, skills, and professions God has given us to live and work among the Unseen. Join us as we interact with local friends and co-workers, allowing them to touch and see what following Christ really means, and as they give us ample opportunities to explain and clarify our faith.

We can use everyone from artists and administrators, evangelists and educators, to teachers and therapists, just to name a few. Our goal isn't to sell you on Pioneers. It is to help you find where you fit best in God's plan for the nations.
Jesus’ ability to connect a story to a person’s heart is one reason people flocked to hear his teaching. In just 35 days, a team from StoryRunners, a Cru ministry reaching oral cultures through Bible storying, coaches local speakers to develop 42 Bible stories, from Creation to the Return of Christ, in one of the 3000+ languages with no or little Scripture. The team also equips these individuals to use the stories in evangelism, church planting, and discipleship to start growing communities of faith. Join the Orlando-based team for one or two years (or longer) to work in multiple locations around the world. Another opportunity is to join an international summer team. Engage in ministry using oral Bible stories and learn how to use storying in your own ministry context.

We’re compelled by the unengaged, unreached, unchurched, and unwanted around us to use all our time and talents to make the gospel of Jesus known. Our work is holistic. We leverage social inroads within the arts, media, business, education, government, science and agriculture, church outreach, and family and medicine to speak the good news diversely and relevantly to each culture. Our Pathfinders and Journey Corps programs help short-term workers and young adults engage through holistic cultural immersion, meaningful ministry opportunities, and mentoring from career missionaries.
