Core Values

THE MISSIONS MANDATE OF SCRIPTURE - We value giving extensive time in the large group to sharing the Biblical Basis of Missions with the students and allowing them to see and understand key missions passages that will shape their life (Gen. 12, Matt 28, Luke 24:45, Acts 1:8). This is the core message that we want to challenge every student with.

SOWING BROADLY WITH THE VISION - “He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully” (2 Cor. 9:6) We value getting the biblical mandate for missions in front of as many university students as possible. We mobilize with simple tools to pass on (Hab. 2:2). We value dedicated researching and scheduling of the best 45 meeting tour we can. 

FRONTIER MISSIONS - We value giving the highest priority to the need for cross-cultural overseas pioneer missionaries both in the main talk, part 2, and phone calls. Although we understand there is still a need among the reached, we will focus on frontier missions (Rom. 15:20).

STUDENTS University Students have proven to be the greatest force in global mission advance in the past 200 years, and we believe they represent the most strategic “un-mobilized sector” of the world. “God loves all people, but not all people are equally strategic.” Andy Stanley.

STEWARDSHIP - We value those that open the door for our ministry; the campus minister, the agencies who invest in us, and the donors that financially support our staff. We operate as a ministry and a non-profit business therefore we value professionalism, quality staff, accountability, and hard work. “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” (Col. 3:23).

RELEVANCY / INNOVATION - We value staying on the cutting edge of relating to college students.  Fresh staff brings “fresh eyes” to our ministry, and we encourage productive feedback and testing new ideas from everyone on our staff. The best ideas come from the frontlines, not the top down. We also want to see needs and produce resources we feel would further the ministry of mobilization at large. “Men of Issachar, who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.” (1 Chr. 12:32)
